1. About Automate Advisors

Automate Advisors is a vehicle finance, leasing and insurance consultancy service. We act as an introducer and consultant, sourcing, negotiating and facilitating agreements between clients and third-party providers including lenders, leasing companies and insurers. We do not act as a lender or insurer ourselves.

2. Scope of Service

By completing this payment procedure, you are engaging Automate Advisors to source, consult on and facilitate the service or product you have enquired about. This includes but is not limited to: vehicle leasing, finance arrangements, insurance quotations and policy introductions.

Our service covers the research, consultation, negotiation and introduction of suitable products and providers on your behalf. Completion of this process constitutes your instruction to us to begin this work immediately.

3. Fees & Payment

The admin fee paid through this portal covers the cost of processing your enquiry, sourcing suitable products and providing consultancy. All fees paid to Automate Advisors are strictly non-refundable, including in circumstances where a suitable product cannot be found, where a third-party provider declines your application, or where you choose not to proceed following our consultation.

Where a deposit is collected, this forms part of your commitment to the arrangement being sourced and is non-refundable once the sourcing process has commenced.

Monthly direct debit payments are collected in advance and are non-refundable once processed.

4. Your Consent to Act

By submitting your details through this portal, you confirm that you are authorising Automate Advisors to act on your behalf in sourcing, consulting and introducing suitable financial, leasing or insurance products. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Data & Security

Your payment and personal details are encrypted using AES-256 encryption directly in your browser before transmission. Automate Advisors does not store your card or bank details on any server. Details are transmitted via a one-time self-destructing secure link accessible only to authorised Automate Advisors personnel.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the service you have requested.

6. Third-Party Providers

Automate Advisors introduces clients to regulated and unregulated third-party providers. Any agreement entered into with a third-party provider is between you and that provider directly. Automate Advisors accepts no liability for the actions, decisions or products of third-party providers.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Whilst we endeavour to source the most suitable product for your circumstances, Automate Advisors does not guarantee acceptance by any lender, leasing company or insurer. Our fee covers the consultancy and introduction service, not the outcome of any application.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Acceptance
